Do you want to know more about our home country, our region, our cities?

- official site of Belgium
- official site of the region of Vlaams Brabant
- official site of Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent, Louvain

In Brussels, one of our best partners is the regional integration centre: FOYER
As reseachers we are in Belgium linked with IMMRC, an initiative of professor dr. Marie-Claire Foblets and professor dr. Johan Leman.

Our Belgian researchers studied at the University of Brussels (VUB), the University of Ghent (UG) or the Catholic University of Louvain (KUL).

Expeditions is engaged by the King Baudouin Foundation, Brussels about very particular intercultural issues. E.g. Expeditions worked out three reports about a KBS initiative concerning notions and feelings about security and unsecurity in Belgium.

The American Anthropological Association (AAA), the primary professional society of anthropologists in the United States since its founding in 1902, is the world's largest professional organization of individuals interested in anthropology.

The THIRD WORLD CONFERENCE FOUNDATION is a nonprofit voluntary educational and research organization based in the Hyde Park community of Chicago, Illinois. For 32 years, we have sponsored the TWCF Annual Conference as an international and intercultural activity opened to: educators and professionals, public and private organizations directly involved in solving the issues and problems confronting development, and students interested in local and international development and affairs. The 32 year success of the TWCF Annual Conference relies on the relationships, collaborations, the partnerships we develop, and the communication of the event to a world-wide public.

Through our co-operation with IMMRC, our research is also linked with following institutes:

Immigration studies at New York University
Institute of Ethnology of Slovak Academy of Sciences
Migration Research Program at Koç University
The European Migration Centre Berlin

We provide cross-cultural trainings (ETIC, Expeditions Training in Intercultural Communication) on a regulary base for Commissioner General's Office for Refugees and Stateless Persons.

In Bolivia you find our best partners on Aymaranet.

For our summer fieldschool in Malta, we work e.g. with the University of Malta.

Another interesting link provided by Prof. Midori Egawa is the international student center of her department.

In the Caribbean we work with the University of the West Indies
