Today Expeditions creates an international exhibition about the Andes (Bolivia). It’s an evocative and multi-media project, concentrating on the cosmology of the Aymara and the Quechua. The main perspective of the exhibition focuses on living realities, inspired by the intriguing cultural heritage of both units.
The exhibition offers:
- A unique meeting with the Andes cultures of Aymara and Quechua, launching a new, surprising exhibition style.
- A daring art project; several international artists will introduce their work.
- A deep awareness about development work, solidarity and commitment between the North and the South (cultural dignity in interculturalism).
- An educative and interactive project for visiting schools with special attention for the multi- and interdisciplinary approach.
- A social debate about globalisation: ecology, science, religion and philosophy, natural symbols.

Team in Belgium
In Belgium, the exhibition will be launched for the first time in our Project KATE. Afterwards the exhibition will make a tour around Flemisch schools.
